General info
Uluwatu is situated on the south-western corner of Bali’s Bukit Peninsula. It is a breathtaking area, famous for its clifftop views and some of the island’s greatest beaches.
Uluwatu is a unique blend of laid-back surfing atmosphere with some of Bali’s finest accommodations and restaurants for surfers. Uluwatu has an unspoiled vibe, despite its popularity as a tourist attraction in Bali; you still feel like you have your personal space, and the atmosphere is a bit calmer than elsewhere on the island. Mostly due to the many surfers laying their roots here and bringing their surf vibe along with them.
Uluwatu, also called Ulu, has access to many great surf spots including its own spot, Padang Padang, Impossibles, and Bingin. The ultimate dream for many surfers!
