Sanur. One of the early birds when it comes to tourism in Bali. It is a place where you can do it all. From clubs to great restaurants, and relaxing on the beach while taking the occasional dip in the blue waters Sanur has to offer. Sanur is a great place to take your well-deserved break from work.
The more energetic can participate in one or more of the several watersports accessible at Sanur Beach. Kitesurfing, windsurfing, wakeboarding, surfing, or paragliding are all great options.
Sanur’s waters are protected by a long stretch of offshore reefs, which creates wide, shallow, safe lagoons that are crystal clear and ideal for swimming, snorkeling, and a variety of other water activities.
Surfers will be thrilled to learn that the reefs around Sanur generate some of the world’s greatest waves when the circumstances are ideal, but they may be very shallow at low tide. These breaks should only be surfed by experienced surfers. However, there are more regular waves suitable for surfing beyond the reefs.
Sanur is also a jumping-off point for those interested in diving and seeing the neighboring island of Nusa Lembongan, Nusa Ceningan, or Nusa Penida.
